Can criminal cases of pregnant women not go to court?

Legal analysis: compulsory summons without litigation. As long as the case is heard in public, everyone except the parties can attend, but they must abide by court discipline. Divorce cases and cases involving commercial secrets may be heard in private upon the application of the parties. When the attendance seats cannot meet the needs, the people can issue an attendance hearing according to the order of application or by drawing lots or lottery, but priority should be given to the close relatives of the parties or other interested parties to attend the case.

Legal basis: Article 42 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Marine Police Law. If a maritime public security organ, a people's procuratorate or a people's court decides to release a criminal suspect or defendant in a maritime criminal case on bail pending trial according to law, it shall be executed by the maritime public security organ in the place where the person released on bail lives. If there is no marine police agency in the residence of the person released on bail pending trial, the local public security organ shall assist in the execution.

Article 52 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, if the public security organs, people's procuratorates and people's courts apply bail pending trial to minors who have no fixed residence and cannot provide guarantors, they shall designate suitable adults as guarantors, and when necessary, they may arrange for minors who have been released on bail pending trial to receive social guardianship.
