Is the teaching interview difficult?

The teacher qualification interview is not difficult.

The interview mainly includes three parts: structure, trial lecture and defense.

Main process:

1, waiting for the exam: candidates arrive at the test center with the interview admission ticket and ID card, and enter the waiting room in turn to wait for the exam.

2. Topic selection: The test center staff uses the candidate's ID card to select topics on the spot in the system, and the system prints the preparation papers and test questions.

3. Lesson preparation: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation papers and questions, and write lesson plans 15 minutes.

4. Structuring: The examiner randomly selects 2 education-related questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes.

5. Trial lecture: Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan, 10 minute.

6. Defense: The examiner will ask questions about the content and test items of the candidate's trial or demonstration, and the candidate will defend for 5 minutes. The most important thing in the interview process is the trial lecture. As long as you are generous and have a clear-cut stand, it is basically no problem not to leave. Usually, you can practice listening to lectures in the dormitory and ask your classmates to help you evaluate them.
