Group stage: divided into three groups: A, B and C, with 13 people in each group. Each round draws lots to decide a pair. The winner will go straight to the next round (one of the first two rounds will be bye, and the top two will go straight to the next round).

Semi-final round: the second pair of group A, the first pair of group B, the second pair of group B and the first pair of group C, and the winner enters the final round;

Final Round: The winners of the three semi-final rounds will have a round of confrontation, and the champion, runner-up and runner-up will be decided according to the number of wins.
