The following is the interview experience sharing of candidates in previous years, hoping to help candidates. Interview process:
The first is the face. The dough is a group of six people. Draw lots first and then go in. After reading the questions, everyone will express their opinions in the order of drawing lots. At that time, the topic was sorting. I forgot the specific materials. I gave you some measures, in order of importance. Finally, I sent someone to summarize it, and then wrote it on paper and handed it to the examiner. Our group was relatively harmonious and soon reached an agreement. Then, because I am number 6, let me summarize it directly and write it on paper. Time is pressing, so I quickly sorted it out and handed it over to the examiner. Then when they come out, the staff will take them to another place, or in groups of six, and go in for one-on-one interviews in this order. One-on-one mainly introduces himself, then the examiner asks questions, mainly resumes, and then scenario simulation. Scenario simulation means that there is a piece of paper on your desk, and the interviewer will guide you to turn it over and start the scenario simulation according to the above topic. The interviewer will pretend to be a client and have a simulated conversation with you. A * * asked about eight questions, and then went home to wait for the results.
Interview questions asked by the interviewer:
1. What impressed you the most?
2. Can you accept overtime?
3. What is the most difficult thing you have done?
