1, Forbidden City:
The Forbidden City in Beijing is the imperial palace of China in Ming and Qing Dynasties, formerly known as the Forbidden City, located in the center of Beijing's central axis. The Forbidden City in Beijing is centered on three halls, covering an area of about 720,000 square meters, with a construction area of about10.5 million square meters. There are more than 70 palaces and 9000 houses.
2. Temple of Heaven:
Tiantan Park is in the south of Beijing, to the east of Yongdingmennei Street in Dongcheng District. Covers an area of about 2.73 million square meters. The Temple of Heaven was built in the 18th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in Qianlong and Guangxu years.
3. The Great Wall:
The Great Wall, also known as the Great Wall of Wan Li, was an ancient military fortress in China. It is a tall, solid and continuous long wall, which is used to limit the enemy's riding.
4. Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon:
Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Scenic Area is an important tourist attraction in the east of Zhangjiajie. It is located in Sanguansi Township, Cili County, Zhangjiajie City, adjacent to the World Natural Heritage and Wulingyuan Scenic Area of the World Geopark. This is a newly developed and constructed tourist attraction.
5. Mount Putuo:
Putuo Mountain is a small island in Zhoushan Archipelago 1390 islands. It is like a black dragon lying in the sea, with an area of 12.52 square kilometers, facing the shenjiamen of Zhoushan Islands across the sea.
6. Beihai Park:
Beihai Park is located at Jinwen Street 1, Xicheng District, Beijing, with Jingshan Park in the east, Zhongnanhai in the south and Shichahai in the north. The whole park covers an area of 682,000 square meters, and 1925 is open as a park.
7. Guozijian Street:
Guozijian Street is the only street with archway in Beijing. There are four archways in the street, one in the east and one in the west, titled "Chengxian Street", and one in the left and right near imperial academy, titled "imperial academy". Guozijian Street also has the Han Wengong Temple dedicated to Han Yu, a great writer in the Tang Dynasty, the Fire Temple built in the Ming Dynasty and the Kitchen God Temple dedicated to the Kitchen God.
8. Gongwangfu:
Gongwangfu, located at No.0/7, Qianhai West Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, is the largest palace in Qing Dynasty. This used to be the residence of Xiao Shenyang and Yong Yu. In the first year of Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty, Prince Gong Yixin became the owner of the house, hence the name Prince Gong's mansion.
9. The Ming Tombs:
The Ming Tombs are located at the foot of Tianshou Mountain in Changping District, Beijing, with a total area of 120 square kilometers, about 50 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square.
10, Summer Palace:
The Summer Palace, formerly known as Qingyi Garden, is a royal garden in China in the Qing Dynasty. Located in the western suburbs of Beijing, it is 15km away from the urban area. The whole park covers an area of 3.009 square kilometers, and the water surface accounts for about three quarters.
