Six, training, trial

Seven. Treatment and contract
1, treatment. The contract auxiliary police recruited this time do not occupy the public security establishment, have no police record and have no administrative law enforcement power. The salary standard is 1.600 yuan/month, and unemployment insurance, endowment insurance, medical insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance and provident fund (hereinafter referred to as "five insurances and one fund") shall be paid according to the policy. The "five insurances and one gold" that the individual should bear shall be paid by himself.
2, the way. Contract auxiliary police are commissioned, and the dispatching company designated by the government provides labor support and guarantee to the traffic police brigade, and dispatches contract auxiliary police to the traffic police brigade.
3. contract. Those who pass the training and examination are appointed by the government and sign labor contracts with the employees (the contract period is three years). And is responsible for contract management, file management, salary payment, payment of "five insurances and one gold" and handling labor disputes.
4. Renew employment. The traffic police brigade will assess the dispatched auxiliary police every year. After the expiration of the contract, according to the three-year assessment conclusion, the auxiliary police with good performance and competence will be renewed and the auxiliary police who are incompetent will be dismissed.
