According to this regulation, before the end of the interview, the staff and examiners can only know the lottery number of the candidates, and they must never know the registration number and name of the candidates. Because, if the staff and examiner get both the lottery serial number and the candidate's registration serial number and name before the interview, it provides an opportunity for fraud.

However, after the candidates entered the venue at 7: 30 am on April 20, only two staff members, one man and one woman, presided over the lottery in Hebei District, and no personnel from the discipline inspection and supervision department were present to supervise. Then, the staff asked each candidate to sign his own lottery number and name on the form printed with the candidate's registration number and name. Then, take this form away at once. In this way, the staff tied the key information of the candidates' registration number, lottery number, name and so on without supervision and illegal operation before the exam, which gave the examiners in Hebei the time and opportunity to know this important information before the interview and provided conditions for fraud. The interview doesn't officially start until eight o'clock. Second, it is suspected of fraud, and the interview results are doubtful.

On April 29th, the Municipal Personnel Bureau announced the comprehensive scores of 77 candidates who participated in the job interview of the member (I) of Hebei Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau. A total of 25 people were recruited for this position, and the interview scores of 25 candidates who entered the medical examination were all above 86.3 points. According to the calculation method that one point in the interview is equal to two points in the written test, (total score = written test score /4+ interview score /2) the difference between 90 points in the interview and 70 points is equal to 40 points in the written test.
