There are generally two forms of interview: structured interview and leaderless group discussion. However, most places take the form of structured interviews, and leaderless group discussions are rarely used in local civil service examinations. Today we also mainly talk about structured interviews.
The form of structured interview is actually not complicated. The general process is as follows: prepare a set of questions in advance, usually 3-4 questions, and each candidate enters the examination room to answer according to the lottery number. There are usually five or seven examiners. In some places, examiners can read the questions, and in some places, they put the questions directly on the examinee's desk. In the exam, apart from reading questions and precautions, examiners generally don't give questions alone, and candidates only need to answer questions in the exam book.
structured interview
After the first candidate answers, he needs to wait for the result in the waiting area. After the next candidate's interview, the interview results of the previous candidate will be announced. Of course, in some places, after the interview, all candidates will announce the interview results. In short, from the end of the interview to the announcement of the results, there is generally not too long time, which can guarantee the greatest fairness and justice.
So, how should a structured interview prepare for the exam? After so many years of experience accumulation, various training institutions have also developed more mature training methods. However, it is absolutely impossible to "package". What they earn is only probability money. It is very good to ensure that 30%-40% of the candidates will go ashore. For those failed candidates, it is nothing more than a refund of tuition fees. Anyway, they have nothing to lose and can earn interest.
Furthermore, although the training methods of training institutions are mature, they will also cause serious problems-answering "routines" and "models". Most trained candidates can't escape the examiner's eyes. The examiner is disgusted with this "routine" answer. Therefore, if the training temperature is not in place, it will be counterproductive, not only useless, but also a stumbling block.
Of course, we can't deny the role of training institutions. The simulated interview environment and process created by training institutions are still helpful to candidates, especially for interview Xiao Bai, who can at least realize this.
So for training institutions, my attitude is that I can participate, but the focus is on the interview etiquette, process and simulation environment they provide. As for their answering ideas and routines, I think it is still possible to learn from them. If you copy them completely, you are not far from being eliminated.
