How to make sweet oil cake soft and delicious

Ingredients: flour 200g, water 10ml, lard, pepper powder 1g, chopped green onion, salt 1g, and edible oil 5ml.

1. Pour flour and water to make dough.

2. Knead into long strips, cut into Ji Zi and pressed into cakes.

3. Roll into pancakes.

4. Add lard and pepper powder and mix well.

5. Add a little salt and chopped green onion.

6. Roll into rolls and press into cakes.

7. Pour in cooking oil and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Universal flour 500g, dry yeast 1 tsp, baking powder 1 tsp, moderate amount of warm water (dough should be softened). Ingredients: chopped green onion, salt, vegetable oil, salt and pepper (can be preserved), white sesame.

Exercise:

1, sieving the flour, adding 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and fully stirring;

2. Slowly pour warm water into the basin, but don't add it all at once. You can pour a part first, keep a part and add it slowly. Finally, you must make the dough as soft as possible, much softer than the dough made in jiaozi;

3. After kneading, arrange the dough into a roughly cylindrical shape, cover it with plastic wrap and simmer for 10 ~ 15 minutes; It doesn't take long, so the biggest advantage of making this cake is that you don't have to wait for a long time, but you will find that the inside of the cake is very soft. We can use this 10 ~ 15 minutes to cut chopped green onion and prepare vegetable oil and sesame seeds.

4. In the case of oiling, the general shape is a large rectangular dough sheet to be rolled up later; In this way, we don't have to sprinkle dry flour when rolling, because if we sprinkle dry flour, the dough will easily slip when rolling.

5. Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, flatten it by hand, and then turn it over. In order to make both sides of the dough eat oil, roll the dough into rectangular pieces;

6, first put oil on the rectangular dough, then sprinkle a lot of chopped green onion, and then sprinkle a layer of salt on the chopped green onion (you can add more, otherwise you can't eat it after eating, I just put less for the first time), and finally sprinkle some salt and pepper, as you like; Note that the order should not be mixed, it should be: oil → chopped green onion → salt → pepper and salt.

7. Pick up one end of the wrapper and fold it layer by layer in front while pulling it (see the first picture). The more times you fold, the more layers you make, and the more beautiful and delicious the cut surface is. After folding, pinch the openings at both ends and hide them at the bottom. After turning over, arrange the cake into a roughly round shape, sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds on the surface, and let the cake spread out for 3 or 5 minutes (it is easier to roll out after spreading);

8. Gently press the dough with your hands and roll it out slowly with a rolling pin. Because it is a cake, you don't have to roll it too thin;

9. Add a little oil to the pot, heat it, put it into the green cake blank, bake it with low fire (slightly smaller than medium fire) until both sides are golden, pour a little cold water, cover the lid, open the lid when the water is almost dry, and bake it until both sides of the cake are crisp.

10, when it is not hot, take it out of the chopping board and cut it into pieces.
