According to the "Implementation Plan for the Recruitment of Civil Servants in the 2022 Examination in Jiangsu Province" and the requirements of the Central Organization Department for further promoting the registration of classified examinations for civil servants in administrative law enforcement, this year Jiangsu Province conducted three types of job interviews for the first time, namely, A (comprehensive management, professional technology), B (administrative law enforcement) and C (township, street), further highlighting the job characteristics and job requirements, and enhancing the pertinence and accuracy of interview evaluation.
This provincial examination interview uses the provincial civil servant interview examiner management platform, and randomly selects interview examiners from those who have good political quality, strong professional ability, integrity, fairness and decency, and are qualified as interview examiners. Each examiner group consists of 7 examiners, and the group is decided by drawing lots on the spot on the day of the exam.
Strictly implement the avoidance system. Examiners and staff who have avoidance relationship with candidates or need to withdraw for other reasons must take the initiative to apply for withdrawal. Before the interview, strengthen the business training for civil servants to hire interviewers, improve the ability and quality of interviewers, and help master the interview evaluation technology and workflow.
