Buddhism, as the mainstream religion in China, many people burn incense on the 15th day of the first lunar month, but few people really know how to burn incense. Precautions before going to the temple
1, don't eat irritating food such as meat and spicy food before going to the temple. It's disrespectful to talk to others, let alone to face buddhas and bodhisattvas.
2. Take a bath before entering the temple, or at least wash your hands, especially after going to the toilet.
3. Female pilgrims try not to enter the temple during the special period of each month.
4. Female pilgrims should pay attention to dress when they enter the temple. It is advisable to be simple and generous, and don't dress too exposed. This is a big disrespect for Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
