Teacher qualification interview process:
1, to be tested. Candidates hold the paper teacher qualification certificate to interview the admission ticket and identity documents, arrive at the test center on time, and enter the waiting room for examination; When entering the waiting room, you need to hand in your mobile phone, and then draw lots in groups with banquet bundles. You can bring paper materials.
2. Choose a topic. Candidates are arranged in groups according to the order of drawing lots, and one of the test questions is extracted from the test group of the interview question bank system. After confirming the choice of test questions, the computer prints out the list of test questions.
3. prepare lessons. Candidates enter the preparation room and write lesson plans (or activity demonstration plans) according to the list of test questions. The preparation time is 20 minutes. Xinhua Dictionary is available in the exam preparation room for candidates of Chinese subjects in some test sites.
4. Answer the assigned questions. That is, structured interview, candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes;
5. Trial/demonstration. Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). 10 minute.
Step 6 reply. The examiner will ask questions about the content and test items of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate will reply for 5 minutes.
7. Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, and submits the scores through the interview evaluation software system.
