The written test only takes one subject, including basic education knowledge (30%) and professional knowledge (70%). Among them, the basic knowledge of primary and secondary school teachers' post education mainly includes pedagogy, psychology and other basic knowledge, while the basic knowledge of kindergarten teachers' post education mainly includes preschool education, preschool psychology and other basic knowledge. Professional knowledge is determined according to different recruitment positions, among which, primary and secondary school teachers' positions are professional knowledge of corresponding disciplines, and kindergarten teachers' positions are educational and teaching knowledge of preschool teachers. The question type is determined by the proposition expert group during the competition. The written test shall be conducted by unified examination, unified standard and unified marking. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined by the competent recruitment department according to the job recruitment plan and the written test.
(2) Interview
The interviewer will determine the number of candidates who have reached the written test score from high score to low score according to the recruitment position. Please refer to the job list for details. If the last interviewer has the same written test score, they are all determined as interviewers. If the number of qualified people in the written test does not reach the required quota, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people. The list of people entering the interview scope, interview time and place are published on the website of Wendeng District People's Government (/). The examination fee for the interview is 70 yuan per person, and will be paid when the interview notice is received.
The interview takes the form of trial lecture (that is, simulated lecture+defense). On the basic ability and professional level required by the main assessment posts, including teaching design, teaching ability, teaching basic literacy, teaching ideas and professional knowledge. And determine the interview order by drawing lots according to the positions you apply for. Among them, music, physical education, fine arts and kindergarten teachers need to carry out professional skills tests (see "Instructions for Filling in Forms" for details).
The interview score was 100, and the qualified score was 70 points, including 50 points for music, physical education, fine arts, post trial of kindergarten teachers and skill test. After the interview, the positions of music, sports, fine arts and kindergarten teachers account for 40% of the written test results, 60% of the interview results, and other positions account for 50% of the written test results and interview results. The total test scores of candidates are calculated by a percentage system. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
