To apply for the qualification of a primary school (kindergarten) teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary (kindergarten) normal school or above, and other secondary specialized schools cannot be used as the qualification of a primary school (kindergarten) teacher.

County (District) Education Bureau is the accreditation body for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers.
(3) Application for teacher qualification
1, acceptance time, education department where the household registration is located.
2. The application for teacher qualification is based on the principle of localization. The applicant shall, within the prescribed time limit for acceptance, apply to the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institution where the household registration is located, and submit the application materials.
3, the applicant shall submit the basic materials are:
I. I fill out the Application Form for Teacher Qualification in duplicate;
B. Original and photocopy of ID card;
C. Original and photocopy of academic certificate (recent graduates can provide academic transcripts issued by the academic affairs department of the school);
D, the original and photocopy of the certificate of education and psychology examination (only applicable to non-normal education graduates);
E, the original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate;
F "Anhui Teacher Qualification Examination Form" issued by the hospital designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution;
G, ideological and moral appraisal and proof of criminal record.
