1. written test form and content: the written test form is standardized test questions, and the answer sheet is filled in and graded by computer. The content of written examination is educational theory and specialized courses, accounting for 20% and 80% respectively. Educational theory includes pedagogy and psychology, and specialized courses are the professional knowledge of each subject.
Step 2 interview
According to the written test results, from high score to low score, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 2 in the same job recruitment plan. The interview time will be announced separately.
The interview takes the form of a lecture. The content of the lecture is the current primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teaching.
The content of a class for each subject in the material. Lectures are grouped according to the number of subjects, and the order of lectures is decided by drawing lots. Prepare lessons for 30 minutes and give lectures 10 minutes.
The interview results are judged by the examiner on the spot and announced on the spot after the interview. The result is calculated to two decimal places and the mantissa is rounded off.
