1. When can we set off fireworks in Guiyang?
Guiyang restricts the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and fireworks and firecrackers can be set off in the following time:
(1) Lunar New Year's Eve to the first day of the first month of the following year;
(two) the second day of the first lunar month to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month from 8: 00 to 24: 00 every day.
Outside the time specified in the preceding paragraph, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are restricted in this Municipality.
II. Provisions of Guiyang Municipality on Restricting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers
Yunyan District, Nanming District, Guanshan Lake District, Economic and Technological Development Zone, High-tech Industrial Development Zone and other urban built-up areas determined by the Municipal People's Government are restricted areas for setting off fireworks and firecrackers.
A few remote villages in the area where fireworks and firecrackers are restricted may temporarily not prohibit fireworks and firecrackers with the approval of the District People's Government and the Municipal People's Government.
