Generally speaking, there is a much stronger sense of fairness now. Take my place as an example.
The first is the grouping of candidates.
The second is the grouping of examiners. About 500 examiners with interview qualifications in the city have established an examiner database, all of which are randomly selected one afternoon in advance to decide who will participate as an interviewer and then inform them. On the second day of the interview, the examiner will draw lots to decide which group they will be assigned to. Generally, there are 7 examiners in each group, including 1 examiner and 6 examiners.
3. During the interview, the examiner shall hand in the communication tools and shall not leave the examination room halfway. There are surveillance videos for future reference.
So it is fair on the whole.
But if you are popular, such as 500 examiners, and you know half of them, then the chances of meeting acquaintances are great. As long as you don't make obvious mistakes, your score will naturally be high.
For another example, because the interview score is subjective, you have a handsome face of Liu Tianwang or a childlike face of Mr. Cang Jing. The examiner has a good impression on you, and your score may not be low. There is no guarantee that this is fair.
