Admission requirements for primary schools in Daya Bay West District

Registration methods and procedures

Adhere to the principle of "territorial management", take the household registration address and actual residence as the basis, and implement entrance examination-free or relatively nearby.

(a) the implementation of new batch registration.

The enrollment of each school is registered in two batches, namely Daya Bay registered students and non-Daya Bay registered students (that is, children of migrant workers in different places, including children of migrant workers). Streets with sufficient degrees in public schools or without private schools can be merged into a batch to complete the registration work.

1. Daya Bay registered students

(1) Registration time and place: Registration time is from July 14 to July 17. The registration place is located in the campus of public schools.

(2) The registered students in Daya Bay are divided into the following four categories, the specific order is as follows: The first category is that the "double certificates" (household registration book and real estate license) in the school district are complete; The second category is household registration in the school district but there is no real estate license in the school district; The third category is that street household registration has real estate license within the school district; The fourth category is Daya Bay household registration (refers to the household registration outside the street within the jurisdiction), living in the school district (subject to the real estate license or purchase contract or the first invoice in the school district).

(3) Proof materials to be provided: ① Household registration book; (2) proof of real estate (proof of residence in the school district is required in case of category II); ③ Medical certificate of child's birth (first grade of primary school); (4) Children's vaccination certificate (first grade of primary school); ⑤ Family Planning Service Certificate of Guangdong Province or Marriage and Childbearing Certificate of Floating Population (the family planning certificate verified and registered only cooperates with family planning registration and is not linked to primary school enrollment).

(4) School-age children enrolled in this batch, if the relevant certification materials are verified to be true and meet the admission requirements, will be issued a new admission notice within one week after registration (or parents will be informed of the admission situation by telephone).

(5) After accepting this batch, if the number of students enrolled has exceeded the enrollment plan of the school in that year, the school will not register for the next batch.

2. Non-Daya Bay registered students

(1) Registration time and place: The registration time is from July 23rd to 27th. The registration place is located in the campus of public schools.

(2) Non-Daya Bay registered students are enrolled by the points system. The admission method is implemented with reference to 20 14 "Admission Method for Children of Migrant Workers in Daya Bay District to Apply for Compulsory Education at the Beginning Grade" (see annex).

(3) For the students admitted in this batch, the school will determine the admission object according to the number of degrees remaining after the first batch of students are admitted.

Four. Work Steps and Timetable

(1) From July 4th to June 5438+03, all primary schools announced the enrollment plan for the first grade in the fall of 20 14.

(2) From July 14 to July 17, the enrollment schools received the first batch of degree application materials submitted by parents.

(3) Before July 22nd, the materials of the first batch of degree applicants will be reviewed, and a Notice of Admission for Freshmen will be issued to parents of eligible students (or they will be informed of their admission by telephone), and the number of remaining degrees in each school will be announced.

(4) From July 23rd to 27th, the enrollment school received the second batch of degree application materials submitted by parents.
