Three. Activity rules and procedures:
1. Fishing tools and baits were all solved by ourselves in this activity. The length of the competition pole shall not exceed 5.4 meters. The competition time is limited to one shot and one line, and the bait is not limited. The fishing location was painted on the spot.
2. The target fish in this competition are carp, grass carp and crucian carp (more than three pairs); There are five awards for the total weight, total quantity and single tail weight of the three target fish, with the top three in each award (the awards are not overlapping).
3. After arriving at the fishing ground, draw lots first, and then the referee will take them into the fishing spot. The fishing spot can't be changed by himself. If you need to leave during the game, you must get the permission of the referee. During the competition, you are not allowed to walk around, string together or borrow bait and fishing tackle from others without the permission of the referee.
The start and end of the game are subject to the signal sent by the referee. Immediately after the signal is given, the rod is closed, and fishing in overtime is not included in the competition results. Those who violate the fishing rules and cannot participate in the whole competition will be disqualified.
Four. Activity requirements:
1. Employees participating in this fishing activity should arrange their work reasonably and pay attention to their own safety.
2. Employees who are interested in participating in the fishing competition should go to the office of Mu Huisheng of the Fishing Association of the General Institute to confirm their registration, and pay the 40 yuan registration fee when they register. The deadline for registration is 2017 April15 June 17:30.
3. Pay attention to safety during the whole activity, and don't make a loud noise at the water's edge, which will affect the competition mood of others.
After the game, all the anglers will gather together and wait for the statistical results of the referee to announce the ranking.

Competition: individual fishing comprehensive fish replay (the length of fishing rod is not limited), 1 field, 240 minutes.
Rules of the game:
1. After the athletes arrive at the stadium according to the specified time, they will draw lots according to the entry items with their entry certificates to determine the fishing position for the first game. Once the fishing position is determined, it is not allowed to change it without permission. Under the guidance of the referee, the athletes lined up to enter the stadium in turn and checked their numbers.
2. Comprehensive fish single game time is 240 minutes.
3. Fishing tackle should be provided for the competition. Only one hand pole can be used in the comprehensive fish weight competition, and a spare hand pole that meets the requirements can be carried. It is allowed to use fishing tackle alternately, but no more than two sets of fishing tackle are allowed to go fishing at the same time. Athletes must hold the handle of the fishing rod when fishing. During non-competition time, the line group is prohibited from entering the water.
5. Athletes must use barbless hooks in the competition. Only one hook can be tied to a thread (a hook refers to a hook with a hook tip), and the total number of hooks shall not exceed 2.
7. The bait used by athletes must be taken from themselves and used during the competition. It is strictly forbidden to exchange or transfer bait in any form. 10 minutes before the game, you can throw the nest by hand, and it is forbidden to destroy the nest.
8. Athletes should stick to their fishing posture in the competition. When something needs to leave the fishing position and return to the position, it must be confirmed by the local referee; No substitutions are allowed during the competition.
9. All competitions are self-fishing, self-collection and self-help. The start and end of the game are subject to the referee's order. The referee has the right to terminate the game in advance if the normal progress of the game is endangered. After the signal of the end of the game is sent, the fishing should be stopped immediately, and the line group should be lifted off the water with the rod closed. Unprotected fish is invalid.
10. After the game, the athletes wait for the measurement. Before measuring, they are not allowed to lift the fish guard, and all catches must be measured. After the competition results are verified and confirmed by myself and the adjacent athletes, the results are valid, and cannot be changed for any reason after the results are confirmed to be valid.
1 1. During the competition, it is not allowed to intentionally anchor or hang fish, causing fish casualties. Any form of intentional injury to fish is considered illegal.
