(1) The written test is conducted in a closed-book mode, and the written test content is the professional theoretical knowledge and basic knowledge required by the actual post;
(2) The specific time, place and form of written examination shall be subject to the admission ticket and subsequent announcement;
(3) Candidates who have obtained doctoral degrees or senior titles do not need to take a written test after passing the qualification examination.
interview
The interview is divided into the initial test and the second test, and the full marks of the initial test and the second test are 100 respectively. The whole interview is videotaped, and the interview order of candidates is decided by lot.
(1) Preliminary test
Short-listed personnel: According to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of people 1:8, the top 8 are determined as the first-instance personnel according to the written test scores from high to low.
Candidates who have obtained doctoral degrees or senior titles do not need to participate in the preliminary examination after passing the qualification examination.
(2) Second interview
Finalist:
1) According to the ratio of the number of job recruiters to the number of people 1:4, and according to the written test score and the preliminary test score (calculation method: written test score 40%+ preliminary test score 30%), the top four are determined to be re-examiners. If the initial test score is less than 60 points, it shall not be short-listed for re-examination. If the number of qualified people is less than 4, it shall be determined according to the actual number.
2) Candidates who have obtained doctoral degrees or senior professional titles will directly participate in the re-examination after passing the qualification examination (not limited by the number of finalists in the re-examination, not accounting for the number of finalists in the initial examination).
