4.3 Party B must ensure the completion date of each node in strict accordance with the construction organization schedule approved by the supervisor and Party A.. Except for the three guaranteed nodes of four-story capping, main structure acceptance and completion handover, other nodes are behind, but after Party B effectively makes up for it at the next node, Party A can refund the fine of the corresponding node; The cumulative fine shall not exceed 300,000 yuan.
4.4 On the key time limit line, if the contract time limit is delayed due to the following reasons, and the consequences of the delay are inevitable, the time limit can be postponed accordingly after being confirmed by Party A's representative, but Party A will not bear Party B's slowdown fee and shutdown fee. 5. 1 Party A's requirements for the project manager and technical manager
The project manager shall not work in more than two projects at the same time. After entering the site for construction, if the tenderee finds that the project manager and construction team are inconsistent with the bidding documents, the tenderee will deduct10% of the performance bond of the winning bidder; If the project manager neglects the quality and progress of the project and is incompetent, the tenderee has the right to request the replacement of the project manager. 5.2 Project quality: Party B must ensure that the project is qualified for one-time acceptance and strive for high-quality products;

5.4 Do a good job in construction organization and management, keep the site clean and tidy, keep the roads unblocked, free from leakage, spilling and elevators, and send people to wash and clean the vehicles entering and leaving the site in time to prevent traffic pollution. Party A has the right to inspect the above work, and Party A requires rectification. If Party B fails to make rectification within the time limit, Party A will handle it separately and deduct twice the expenses incurred from the project payment as a fine.
5.5 Before construction, Party B shall organize professional and technical personnel to examine the design documents in detail, and be responsible for finding and proposing the problems existing in the design documents, and for the enforceability of the documents. If it is found that quality defects will occur when the project is constructed according to the existing construction documents or instructions, it shall be reported to Party A in writing immediately. If Party B, as an experienced contractor, should have found the above problems or mistakes, but failed to find and continue the construction, Party B shall be responsible for the quality defects and losses caused thereby.
5.6 During the construction period, Party B shall timely arrange and arrange all machinery, tools and materials. During construction, the redundant materials and construction waste of each layer must be transported to the ground, and it is forbidden to throw objects directly from the sky. Construction waste shall be piled up in the place designated by Party A, and shall be removed regularly, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B. ..
5.7 During the construction period of the project (and within one year after the handover of the project), if there are quality problems, safety accidents or other reasons due to Party B, and the social reputation of the project is affected by the exposure of newspapers, television and other media or the informed criticism of relevant government departments, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities, and Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of up to 50,000 yuan each time (deducted from Party B's project progress payment or warranty payment) and bear relevant legal responsibilities.
