In the women's team group match, in the last group A, China met Indian. Zhu Yuling and Liu He both won 3-0, while China beat the Indian team 3-0, ranking first with three consecutive victories.
China women's team was invincible in the group stage, winning three games and not losing a game. In the quarter-finals, they sent Ding Ning, Zhu Yuling and Chen Meng. The three starting players of the Chinese Taipei team were Chen Siyu, Zheng Yijing and Li Yizhen. Ding Ning took the lead for China in the first set. She easily defeated Chen Siyu 3-0 (1 1-6, 1 1-8,1/-2).
Zhu Yuling met Zheng Yijing's strong challenge in the second set. Although Zhu Yuling won the first two games by two 1 1-7, she was burdened with the fear of losing as well as wanting to win. Zheng Yijing, who was full of enthusiasm, pulled two games with 1 1-8. In the deciding game, Zhu Yuling found the feeling again. She won by 1 1-9, narrowly defeated Zheng Yijing by 3-2, and China rewrote the total score to 2-0. Chen Meng beat Li Yizhen 3-0 in the third set.
