(a) written test (100)
1. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination must take a unified written test if they apply for positions with college education or above and positions in Guangxi Sericulture Technology Extension Station. Those who apply for bachelor degree or above (except those who apply for positions in Guangxi Sericulture Technology Extension Station), who have obtained master degree or above or intermediate titles, can directly enter the interview, and the rest of the applicants must take a unified written test;
2. The contents of the written test are public basic knowledge and agricultural basic knowledge.
3. Passing the written test score (above 60 points) is a condition for entering the interview. Those who apply for positions with college education or above and positions of Guangxi sericulture technology extension station will be included in the total score in proportion; Those who apply for bachelor degree or above (except those who apply for the position of Guangxi sericulture technology extension station) are not included in the total score.
(2) Interview (100 mark)
1. Candidates with the top 6 written test scores in the same position and those who directly enter the interview enter the interview. If the proportion of interviewers in the same position is ≥ 1: 3 and < 1: 6, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people. The interviewer determines the interview order by drawing lots.
2. The interview adopts a structured interview method.
