Each competitor must finish the race on his own track. When crossing the hurdles, if his legs or feet cross the horizontal line under the hurdles, or cross the hurdles that are not on his own track, he will be disqualified. If the referee thinks that a competitor intentionally knocks down any hurdles with his hands or feet, he shall also be disqualified.
After issuing the "in place" password, disturbing others with sound or action is also regarded as the first foul. Any starting action before the gunshot is a starting foul. If the start is caused by other reasons than equipment or athletes, all athletes should be shown green cards.
For track events over 400 meters (excluding 400 meters), a standing start is adopted. The starter's password is "take your positions". When all the contestants are ready to stand behind the starting line, they can fire their guns and start the game.
Competition and grouping
Track events are generally divided into Round 1, Round2, semi-finals and finals. The arrangement and grouping of the competition, as well as the number of people admitted to each competition, will be decided according to the number of people who sign up for the competition. In the preliminaries, athletes with good performance should be equally assigned to different groups as much as possible. In the following rounds, the athletes were grouped according to the results of the previous round. If possible, athletes from the same country or region should be separated.
Selection of runway
The choice of runway depends on the performance of athletes in the final round. The purpose of this rule is to make better athletes queue up on the middle runway. Good runways are Runways No.3, No.4, No.5 and No.6, which should be occupied by the top four athletes respectively. 1, 2, 7, 8, the road is occupied by the last 4 bits.
