Customers need to bring their ID cards and membership cards to the alcohol and tobacco counter in the store to pick up the goods. The mobile phone logs in to the APP to show the bill of lading (the screenshot bill of lading cannot be written off), and the staff verifies the identity and writes off the bill of lading. If the delivery voucher doesn't match the identity information or membership card information, they can't pick up the goods.
The customer picks up the goods at the store according to the date on the voucher. It is suggested to pick up the goods at 9: 00- 10: 00 and 19: 00-20: 00. If the customer fails to pick up the goods within the time limit, it will be deemed as giving up the purchase qualification and the order will be cancelled automatically. The advance payment will be refunded without interest within 3 working days. In order to avoid uncontrollable events, the goods cannot be picked up.
