Application process:
1, application accepted
The applicant should prepare the original and photocopy of relevant certification materials and submit them to the work unit. After the applicant's unit summarizes, it shall submit a written application to the district talent market office before the application deadline. The applicant shall provide the following materials and promise to be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials:
(1)XXX company public rental housing application form and summary table.
(2) Letter of guarantee issued by the applicant.
(3) The business license or the code certificate of the legal person organization of the applicant registered in the local area.
(4) Other materials deemed necessary by the District Housing Security Center.
2. Audit publicity
(1) district talent market office shall, within 30 days from the date of accepting the application, conduct a preliminary examination on whether the applicant meets the requirements for introducing talents, put forward preliminary examination opinions, and publicize the applicant for 10 days. /kloc-if there is no objection or the objection is not established within 0/0 days, the preliminary examination opinions and application materials shall be sent to the district housing management office.
(II) The District Housing Management Office shall, within 20 days from the date of receiving the application materials, check the real estate files and pre-sale commercial housing registration files of the applicant and his family members and their immediate family members in the urban area, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family housing situation meets the prescribed conditions, and send the audit opinions and application materials to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
(3) The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall, within 20 days from the date of receiving the application materials, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant meets the requirements for introducing talents, and send the audit opinions and application materials to the District Housing Security Center.
(4) The District Housing Security Center shall, within 20 days from the date of receiving the application materials, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant meets the prescribed conditions on the basis of the above audit.
3. Certification.
For eligible applicants, the District Housing and Construction Bureau will determine the serial number by lottery or lottery, and the one ranked first in the number of saleable houses in the current batch will be the prospective tenant.
