The second part is my field investigation in Jiaxing area. I used the method of literature research and field investigation to investigate. In the early stage, by studying the domestic and foreign literature and the documents of Zhejiang and Jiaxing municipal governments, I learned the relevant knowledge of policy agricultural insurance and the general situation of the development of policy agricultural insurance in Jiaxing area. On-the-spot investigation, I visited Wuyuan Town, Yucheng Town and Qinshan Town, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City. The method is to conduct a questionnaire survey at home to investigate the implementation of the current agricultural insurance pilot.
This survey includes the following three aspects, and the field survey of policy agriculture in Jiaxing area is the focus of this survey. Through the analysis of the survey data, this paper understands the current situation of implementing policy-based agricultural insurance pilot in Jiaxing area, and draws some survey conclusions.
At present, the biggest risk faced by farmers' families is natural risk, which increases farmers' demand for policy agricultural insurance. However, a considerable number of farmers still know little about the specific contents of agricultural insurance clauses, such as the level of protection and insurance liability, which has caused a large number of farmers' potential purchase intentions. The insurance company's claims service has been recognized by most farmers.
Because Jiaxing's experience in developing policy-based agricultural insurance is still shallow and its financial resources are limited, many farmers think that the level of protection of agricultural insurance is too low to meet their needs, and there is still a certain gap between the provisions of insurance liability clauses and farmers' expectations, thus affecting farmers' enthusiasm for participating in agricultural insurance.
The third part is the optimization suggestion of policy agricultural insurance in Jiaxing area.
First of all, it is helpful for the promotion and development of policy agricultural insurance in Jiaxing to increase the publicity of policy agricultural insurance, introduce market operation mechanism and increase the participation rate of farmers.
