Double chase
This competition system includes two parts: traditional technology and free technology. This activity is very much like a group trip. All athletes line up at the same time, and the number of people who pass is determined by drawing lots. During the competition, athletes enter the playground and quickly change their skills and ski poles. Women's traditional skiing is 7.5km first, freestyle skiing is 7.5km second, and men's traditional skiing 15km+ freestyle skiing 15km. In the competition, athletes pass the playground every 6-8 minutes, and the first athlete to reach the finish line wins.
Individual sprint competition
Competition is elimination. Starting from qualifying, an athlete starts the race every 15 seconds. Each lap of the women's competition is 1.2km, and each lap of the men's competition is 1.4km ... Before the preliminaries, 30 players are eligible to participate in the semi-finals, from semi-finals, semi-finals and group B finals to group A finals, with 6 players in each group. The top two players in each group and the fastest two players in each round advance to the next round until the six players in the A finals compete for the last gold medal.
Team sprint
In the team competition, two athletes from each team take turns skating on the snowy road, and one athlete has to skate many times. A total of six laps. The competition is divided into semi-finals and finals. In the rematch, there are 10- 15 teams in each group, and the five teams with the best results in the two rematches advance to the final.
Athletes must change lanes in order not to disturb other teams when they slide in the competition. After running six laps, the team that crossed the finish line first won.
relay race
In the relay race, each team has four athletes. The players in front should use traditional skating, and the players behind must use free skating. The women's competition system is 4× 5km, and the men's event is 4× 10km. The competition started as a group. The relay between athletes is similar to the team competition. Among the fourth runners, the team that crossed the finish line first won.
