There is no bus to Renshou in Guobao Temple, only the bus to Emei Passenger Transport Center.

I suggest you take a bus from Chengdu to Guobao Temple, and then from Chengdu to Samsung, which is convenient and quick. Otherwise, you should go to Renshou first, then to Huayang (Renshou doesn't have a bus to Shuangliu, so you can only go to Huayang Passenger Transport Center) and then transfer to Samsung, which takes more than 2 hours, 1.5 hours, and the road is not easy.
