On the day of placement, the school will call all the first-year class teachers and decide which teacher will take which class by drawing lots. Then, according to the ratio of male to female freshmen, the computer will randomly divide the students into batches according to the number of classes in that year, and finally the class teacher will draw the list of students on the spot.
In order to be fair and just in class placement, the school will not screen students in any form, but fine-tune which teacher teaches which class according to the situation. Only the serial number of the class is different, and there is no distinction between key and non-key. But parents are sometimes biased and always think that the last class is not good. Therefore, young teachers who have just joined the work are generally not assigned to the following classes, but arrange teachers with rich teaching experience.
