Interview procedure:

5. Evaluation and calculation of interview results. The interview adopts a hundred percent system, with trial lectures accounting for 80% and defense accounting for 20%. After removing a highest score and a lowest score, take the average of other scores and calculate the score of each candidate. The interview results are kept to two decimal places.
