Step 1: Report
Exam in advance: Candidates should know the specific location of the interview site, the surrounding traffic and the weather conditions of the day in advance, set off early on the day of the interview and make preparations in advance. Some positions may take a long time to wait for the exam, so please bring enough water and dry food for backup.
Early time: Candidates generally need to report to the designated place 10 to 30 minutes in advance.
The documents should be complete: the examination staff should check the candidate's ID card and interview notice and other relevant documents.
Step 2: Draw lots.
Candidates draw lots to decide the grouping and the order of admission, and the draw is divided into three situations.
1. In some areas, signatures are drawn twice, first grouped and then drawn in sequence;
2. Some regions 1 draw lots, and the grouping and order are determined at one time, for example, three (1), indicating the 1 entry of the third group;
3, individual areas do not draw lots, for example, some ministries and commissions of the civil service examination of the central state organs will arrange the grouping examination room and admission order of candidates in advance.
Anyway, just listen to the arrangement.
Step 3: Wait for the exam.
1. After the lottery, candidates enter the waiting area to wait for the exam. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff, and they need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet to prevent water leakage.
2. In some places, one set of test papers takes one day. In the morning, candidates will take exams in the afternoon, and lunch will be provided by the staff. They can bring their own food to replenish their strength.
Step 4: Enter the website.
1. When it's candidates' turn to enter the venue in turn, candidates can enter the venue after hearing the guide announce: "Please enter with examinee number". Generally, the guide only knows the serial number of the candidate and will not call the candidate's name, because it will violate the examination discipline.
2. Candidates who hear the admission permit arrive at the entrance of the examination room with the guide, and the guide leaves, and the candidates enter the examination room by themselves.
Step 5: Enter the examination room.
Candidates generally take the following four actions when they enter the interview examination room.
1. Knock: Knock to enter the examination room.
2. Go: Go to the candidate's seat
3. Stand up: Stand up and report your test serial number, and bow to say hello to the examiner.
4. Sit down: The examiner asks you to sit down before you sit down.
Step 6: Answer questions
The interviewer will read an introduction, and after reading it, the candidates will start to answer questions.
Note 1: In the process of answering questions, candidates can't give their names, just answer "I am a XX candidate". If the name is reported in the examination room, the candidate will be disqualified from the interview on the spot.
Note 2: Candidates must control their own time during the interview, and it is best to think for no more than 30 seconds.
Step 7: After the exit candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if there are any other supplements. At this time, the candidates generally answer no supplements. The examiner announced the candidates' withdrawal, and the candidates went to the waiting room to wait for their scores.
Step 8: Publish the scores
The published scores are divided into three situations.
1. waiting room announcement: the rater collects the examiner's score sheet for the candidates and calculates the score. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review. After being signed by the invigilator and examiner, they are handed over to the staff to announce to the candidates in the waiting room, and some are posted in the waiting room.
2. Announce on the spot: In some areas, candidates and other scores will be announced on the spot and then returned to the examination room. This situation applies to the situation where the number of candidates is relatively small.
3. Not announced: The interview results of some units of civil servants in central state organs are generally not announced on the spot.
Step 9: The interview is over
Candidates are generally required to leave the waiting room as soon as possible after getting the scores, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will.
Candidates go home and wait, and the website will publish the shortlist and medical examination list.
