Who will pay the trial fee for the players in the NBA draft?

This year, NCAA made a small adjustment to the rules for freshmen and sophomores to go to NBA teams for trial training, but it is of great significance: the new rules indicate that the trial training fees originally paid by these students without personal income are allowed to be paid by the NBA teams that invited them.

In less than two weeks from the end of the pre-draft training camps in Portsmouth and Orlando to the confirmation of the draft list in June 16, these juniors were given a 48-hour trial once invited by a certain team. Time is counted from the time they arrive at their destination. They must leave immediately after 48 hours, otherwise the team will not pay for their return trip. At the same time, it is forbidden for brokers to arrange trial training opportunities for them privately.

Last year, 58 junior students announced their participation in the draft, but after the deadline was set on the draft list, 26 students chose to quit.
