Applicants can apply for a visit visa as long as they have a guarantor in Japan. Japanese Chinese or relatives of overseas Chinese living in Japan, Japanese China women or China citizens who have had various contacts with Japan may apply for visiting visas to enter Japan at the invitation of relevant societies and friendship associations.
