In order to enrich the content of the cultural festival and the extracurricular life of the majority of students, strengthen English learning and communication, improve students' enthusiasm for learning English, and provide an opportunity and stage for the majority of graduate students to show themselves and improve themselves, the Youth League Committee of our school decided to hold an "English Star" speech contest during the graduate cultural festival. In order to better complete the undertaking task of "English Star" speech contest, the organizing committee of "English Star" speech contest (hereinafter referred to as the organizing committee) was established through discussion among Jiaotong University, Graduate Branch of Youth League Committee of Automotive College and English Club of our school. The organizing committee consists of directors, consultants, supervisors and officials. The judges ask questions in English, which can be related to the theme, the questions involved in the speaker's speech or the questions of interest to the judges.
