The grip method is as follows: the tiger's mouth of the right hand is aligned with the hypotenuse inside the narrow face of the handle, the thumb and forefinger are V-shaped, and they are relatively held on the two wide faces of the handle, while the middle finger, ring finger and little finger naturally hold the handle, and the end of the handle is flush with the outer edge of the thenar muscle. The index finger and middle finger are slightly separated, and there should be a gap between the palm and the handle. When the arm naturally stretches forward after holding the racket, the racket face is basically perpendicular to the ground.
Beginners have just begun to learn to use forehand grip. If you hold the racket according to the above methods, you will often feel unaccustomed, especially when playing golf, dropping the ball and killing the ball in the backcourt. They will invariably adopt a "western-style" grip similar to tennis, because they don't understand that forearm pronation is the main source of hitting power when badminton hits forehand. If they don't learn the correct method of power, the correct method of grip will not hit the ball well, but will be wrong. Therefore, if you want to learn the correct forehand grip, you must first learn the correct forehand stroke while learning the forehand grip.
Backhand grip is one of the basic grip methods in badminton, which is usually used to hold the ball on the other side of the body when returning.
The grip method is as follows: On the basis of the forehand grip method, the thumb and forefinger are rotated outwards, the forefinger is slightly folded in the direction of the middle finger, and the inside of the thumb is attached to the inner edge or inner wide surface of the grip method.
Just like learning forehand grip, if you want to learn the correct backhand grip, you should first learn the correct backhand stroke force method while learning the backhand grip method, that is, you should also learn the forearm supination force method while learning to use your wrist and fingers.
1. What are the world ranking points?
The ranking system of athletes' world competition points is an orderly arrangement of athletes' (single/double) participation and strength calculated by a scoring system.
Second, the ranking of the scope of application is calculated according to all the competition results recognized by the International Badminton Federation, the Asian Badminton Federation and the China Badminton Federation with a 52-week cycle (excluding invitational and junior competitions).
Third, the calculation method of integral
(a) athletes (single/double) according to the level of their participation in the competition and the corresponding points. The score of athletes (singles/doubles) depends on how many rounds they have advanced from the tie position of the competition. If the athlete (single/double):
(1) Meet bye in the first round, be eliminated in the second round, and get the score of the loser in the first round.
(2) If you meet a bye in the first round, win in the second round and be eliminated in the third round, you will get the loser's score in the third round.
(3) If the opponent abstained in the first round and was eliminated in the second round, the loser's score will be obtained in the second round.
(4) If the first round is bye, the opponent in the second round abstained and the third round was eliminated, the loser score in the third round will be obtained.
(2) Integral calculation 1. Individual events: The following table shows the corresponding scores of international competitions recognized by the International Badminton Federation and those recognized by the China Badminton Federation. Athletes (singles/doubles) get corresponding points according to the star rating and performance of the competition.
