My previous experience was drawing lots. Set the price of each room first, and everyone can choose. If you choose the same set, if it has not been officially opened, then draw lots. If you bid, there is no lowest price.
As for newly opened houses, some can be handed over to existing houses, and some are delayed. For example, for a newly bought three-bedroom apartment, the delivery date is 20 12. It is expected to double by then.
The opening price is the lowest opening price.
