4. Registration process
Description of registration process: According to the needs of event safety management, the identity information of the participants will be verified when they enter the venue on the day of the event. In order to speed up the admission verification and optimize the experience, face recognition will be used for identity verification in this competition. According to the relevant provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, during the registration process, all runners who have won the lucky draw or qualified for the competition will be authorized to collect face information (only for users who have registered with their identity documents). Participants who have completed the collection do not need to bring their identity documents for admission verification on the day of the competition.
Special note: As the qualification of the Shanghai Women's Half Marathon is bound to the personal information provided by the participants, if the participants refuse or cancel the authorization of relevant personal information (such as name, ID number, mobile phone number, emergency contact, etc.), the participants will bear the adverse consequences of not being able to participate normally, being disqualified or being disqualified.
