Snooker rules should be the most comprehensive, including all kinds of situations. Thank you.

Players can decide the batting order by drawing lots or any mutually agreed way.

1. In a game, the order of decisions shall not be changed unless one side requests the other side to play again after a foul.

Both sides take turns to kick off each game.

3. When the leather head of the kicker's club touches the cue ball, each game officially begins, or:

(1) When hitting the ball.

(2) When the cue ball takes effect.

4. If there is no foul mentioned in Article 12 of these rules, one stroke can be called a legal stroke.

5. On the first stroke of each round, if there is still a red ball on the table, the red ball or free ball is regarded as a live ball, and its score is the same as that of the red ball until all the red balls leave the table.

6.

If a red ball or a free ball is considered as a live ball, the batter should hit a ball of other colors on the next shot. If it is in the bag, add the score corresponding to the colored ball and put the colored ball back to its original position.

(2) Red balls and colored balls are alternately bagged, and one shot is kept until all red balls leave the table. When the last red ball is bagged, the colored ball must be hit again.

(3) After that, the colored balls will become live balls, and they will be played one by one according to the score from small to large, until the goal stops, unless there is a situation stipulated in Article 4.

7. The red ball can't be released after falling into the bag or jumping off the table. Except as provided for in Article 3, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 2, Article 9, Paragraph 6 of Article 14 and Article 15 of these Rules.

8. If the batter fails to score, or commits a foul or mistake, then the batting is over and the opponent will start playing from the rest of the main ball or the ball in his hand.

Four, the game is over, the venue or the game is over.

1. When only the black ball is left, when the batter scores or fouls first, the game is over unless there are the following circumstances:

(1) At this time, the scores are equal, and:

② The integral is different.

2. When two situations described in 1 occur,

(1) The black ball should be put back in its original position.

② Players of both sides must draw lots to decide the batting order.

The next player must start with the ball in his hand when hitting the ball.

(4) When scoring or fouling again, the game is over.

3. At the end of the whole game or the whole game, the outcome is decided by the total scores of both sides. If the total score of the last game is equal, both players should reset the black ball according to the procedure described in item 2 to decide the outcome.

5. Start with the ball in your hand.

Starting from the ball in your hand, the cue ball can hit in any direction, but the landing position cannot exceed the D-shaped area.

1. The referee can judge whether the cue ball is properly placed (that is, whether it exceeds the D-shaped area) according to the situation.

2. When placing the cue ball, if the leather head touches the cue ball, but the referee thinks it is not a stroke, then the cue ball is not a match ball (that is, it is not a foul).

Hit two balls at the same time

Except for two red balls or a free ball and a live ball, no other ball can be hit by the main ball at the same time in the first collision.

Seven, color ball placement

Any colored ball that enters the bag or jumps off the table shall be put back on the table before the next stroke until it enters the bag in accordance with Item 6 of Paragraph 3 of Article 3 of these Rules.

1. Players are not responsible for the mistakes caused by the referee's failure to place billiards correctly.

2. When the colored balls are wrongly repositioned after being put into the bags according to the third item of Article 3, Item 6 of Section 3, the colored balls should be removed from the table without any punishment when they are found, and the game will continue.

3. If you hit a ball in an incorrect position, it will be regarded as a subsequent stroke. Any colored balls that are forgotten on the table should be rearranged.

(1) The fault caused by the above reasons will not be punished.

② If the player hits the ball before the referee finishes releasing the ball, he will be punished.

4. If the landing point of a colored ball is occupied, it should be placed on the landing point where the friendly side scored the highest penalty.

5. If more than one colored ball needs to be placed, and their placement points are all occupied, the colored ball with high score should be placed first.

6. If all the ball placement points are occupied, the colored balls will be placed at the position closest to the ball placement point on the vertical line between the ball placement point and the top edge of the library.

7. When placing a black ball with a pink ball, if its ball placement point and other ball placement points are occupied, and there is no space between its ball placement point and the top library, the colored ball will be placed at the position closest to its ball placement point on the longitudinal centerline of the curved surface.

8. At any time, when placing colored balls, don't stick them on other balls.

9. When placing colored balls, you must put the colored balls in the proper position by hand according to these rules.

Eight, sticky ball

1. When the cue ball is at rest, if it touches one or more live balls, it is called sticky ball.

When the ball is stuck, the referee will announce the ball to the player and point out which ball is stuck with the main ball.

2. When the referee announces that the ball is stuck, the batter must open the cue ball and cannot move the ball attached to the cue ball, otherwise it will cause a putter.

3. After sticking the ball, the batter will not be punished for not moving the target ball under the following circumstances.

① A live ball is attached to the main ball,

② The ball attached to the cue ball can be used as a live ball, and the batter has declared it as a live ball, or:

The ball attached to the main ball can be used as a live ball. The batter has declared it as a live ball, and the target ball he wants to hit is another ball that can be used as a live ball.

When the cue ball is close to or almost close to the dead ball, the player must hit the ball according to the above rules, and the live ball must be played first.

5. When the cue ball is attached to both the live ball and the dead ball, the live ball can only be regarded as an attached ball. If the player asks the referee if the dead ball is also a stick ball, the referee should answer.

6. When the player hits the ball into the towel ball, the referee thinks that it is not caused by him, and Nanchang will not give a foul.

7. If the main ball is not affixed with a fixed target ball during the referee's inspection, but it is later confirmed that it is affixed, as long as the hitting is not completely completed, the referee should put the ball back in its original position.

Nine, bag mouth ball

1. If the bag mouth ball falls into the bag and is not hit or touched by other balls, the ball should be put back in its original position to calculate the player's other scores.

2. If the bag mouth ball will be hit by the batter, but it will fall into the bag before being hit, then:

(1) If this rule is not violated, all balls should be put back as they are, and the batter will repeat the same stroke or choose a different style of play.

If it is a foul, the batter will be punished and all the balls will be reset as they are, at which time the next player has the right to choose.

3. If a ball falls into the pocket after keeping a short balance, it doesn't need to be reset, and it should be scored.

Snooker after a foul

After a foul, if the cue ball touches the snooker, the referee will declare it a free ball (see Article 16 in Section 2).

1. If the next player chooses his next shot,

(1) He can designate any ball as a live ball;

② Any designated ball is regarded as a live ball with the same score. If you put the free ball in the bag, it should be put back in its original position.

2. In the following cases, it is a foul.

① The cue ball fails to hit the specified ball, or the first shot hits the non-live ball at the same time, or

② Playing snooker for opponents with free balls (except when there are only pink balls and black balls left).

3. If the free ball is in the bag, score it according to the score of the corresponding live ball and put it back in the ball position.

4. If a live ball enters the bag at the same time or after the main ball hits the free ball, only the score of the live ball is calculated, and the live ball does not need to be relocated.

5. If the free ball is put into the bag together with the live ball, only the score of the live ball is calculated. Unless the free ball is a red ball, the free ball should be put at the playback point, and the live ball does not need to be put again.

6. If foul selection and continuation are required, cancel the free kick.

XI。 Evil

After a player commits a foul, the referee should immediately declare the foul.

1. If the batter still fails to hit the ball, his round of hitting will end immediately and the referee will announce the punishment.

If the batter has hit the ball, the referee should wait until the ball is finished before announcing the punishment.

3. If the referee fails to make a judgment before the next shot and the non-hitter fails to make a request, it will not be investigated.

Except that the colored ball should be placed correctly after jumping off the table, if it is not placed in the right position, it will remain in this position all the time.

5. The score of the first stroke before the foul is counted, and the score of the first stroke sentenced to the foul is not counted.

6. The next player continues to hit the ball from where the cue ball stopped. If the cue ball leaves the table, start with the ball in his hand.

7. If one shot is fouled more than once, the highest penalty will be awarded.

8. Foul athletes

(1) Accept the punishment in accordance with Article 12,

② If the opposing player asks him to continue hitting the ball, the player who hits the ball must accept it.

For the following 1 to 3 fouls, at least 4 points will be fined, and those exceeding 4 points will be punished according to the actual scores, and the penalties are as follows:

1. The following cases will be punished according to the score of live ball.

① Hit the cue ball many times.

② Hit the ball with both feet off the ground at the same time.

(3) Not for hitting the ball.

(4) holding the ball incorrectly, including the kick-off.

⑤ Didn't hit any target ball.

⑥ The cue ball falls into the bag.

All landowners snooker is caused by playing free.

8 jump ball.

Pet-name ruby hit the ball with a non-standard club.

Attending in violation of article 17, section 3, item 5 of these rules.

2. The following cases will be punished according to the highest score in the ball involved.

(1) Hit the ball before it stops.

② Hit the ball before the referee puts the colored ball in place.

(3) making the inanimate ball fall into the bag,

④ The main ball didn't hit the live ball first.

⑤ Push rod

⑥ When sticking the ball, a blow except the contact between the main ball and the leather head,

⑦ Take the ball off the table.

3. When the main ball hits two balls at the same time, if the two balls are not red balls or a free ball and a live ball, it will be punished according to the score of the live ball or the highest score.

4. All the following fouls will be fined 7 points.

Use the ball on the table to achieve a certain purpose.

② Measure the gap or distance with other objects.

③ Hit the red ball or free ball before hitting the red ball.

④ Use other balls instead of white balls as the main ball.

⑤ When the referee asks for a designated ball, he starts to hit the ball without reporting.

⑥ After the red ball or free ball is put into the bag, it is fouled before the designated colored ball.

Thirteen, retype

After the opponent fouls, the player asks him to play again, and once he puts it forward, it cannot be changed.

Violators have the following rights when asked to play again.

1. Make the following changes:

① You can choose how to play again.

② You can choose the ball to hit the ball at will.

Any ball that legally hits the bag should be scored.

Fourteen Fouls and mistakes.

A batter should try his best to hit a live ball. If the referee thinks that this rule is violated, he will be sentenced to save the ball unconsciously, unless there is only one black ball left on the table, or it is impossible to hit a live ball in this position. In the latter case, it must be that the batter really tried his best to give enough power in the direction of the live ball directly or indirectly. For the referee, it is whether the main ball reaches the live ball unless there is a ball obstacle.

1. After consciously saving the ball, the opponent can ask the fouler to continue hitting the ball where the main ball stopped, or ask him to resume the previous position and play the last ball again, namely:

When the red ball is a live ball, you can play any red ball.

(2) After all the red balls leave the table, hit the colored balls that become live balls.

(3) When a player hits a colored ball after the red ball enters the bag, he is sentenced to save the ball unconsciously. At this time, he should have hit the color ball selected last time.

2. If the cue ball can obviously hit any part of any live ball in a straight line, and he doesn't hit the live ball for the first time, the referee will punish him for saving the ball unconsciously, unless the player needs snooker before, or the referee confirms that the batter didn't mean it.

3 If there is an obvious touchable straight line between the cue ball and the live ball (as far as the red ball is concerned, that is, the cue ball can touch the thinnest part of any red ball in a straight line), and the situation mentioned in item 2 above occurs, it is called a miss. At this point:

(1) If the same strike fails to hit the live ball again, regardless of the distance, it is judged as an unconscious save.

(2) If asked to play again from the original position, the referee should warn the player, and if this happens three times, he will be sentenced to lose the game.

4. After the cue ball is repositioned according to these rules, it is obvious that it can contact any part of any live ball in a straight line. If a player fouls for other reasons (including trying to hit the cue ball) before hitting the ball, it cannot be called a miss. At this time, appropriate punishment should be made according to the rules, and:

The next player can choose to continue hitting the ball by himself or ask the fouler to continue hitting the ball from the position where the cue ball stopped.

(2) Ask the referee to put all the balls back to the position where they were hit last time, and the fouler will play again.

(3) If there are many mistakes in the above positions, the referee can still give a warning according to the rules and sentence him to lose the game.

Whether to miss must be decided by the referee.

When the batter is empty-handed and asks to put the cue ball back in its original position for a new shot, unless the referee thinks that the batter will be given a chance, the touched target ball will remain in its current state and will not be repositioned. When the referee thinks it is necessary to reset the target ball, all the balls touched must be restored to the state when hitting the ball. If the colored ball leaves the table, it must be placed at its place.

6. After ten hours, the referee will reset the ball, and the fouler and the next player can check the position of any ball and make comments.

7. When discussing resetting the position of the ball, if any player touches the ball on the table during the game, he will be punished as a batter regardless of the batting order. The touch ball is repositioned by the referee until it is satisfied and can be picked up again if necessary.

(1) If the next player asks for instructions to play a ball from the original position, he can ask the referee if he intends to reset the ball other than the main ball, and the referee should reply.

15. A ball that is touched or disturbed for reasons other than the batter.

Whether the ball is still or moving, if it is disturbed due to reasons not attributable to the batter, the referee should put the ball in the position he thinks it should be, whether to punish or judge the end of the game according to his own judgment.

1. This rule includes balls disturbed by anyone, except those caused by the batter's companion.

No player will be punished if the referee interferes with the ball.

Sixteen. deadlock

If the referee thinks that the game is deadlocked or about to be deadlocked, he should propose to the players to restart the game. If a player disagrees, the referee should allow the player to continue hitting the ball, but remind him that he can't break the deadlock within the specified time (usually three shots from each side, but subject to the referee's decision), and the referee will declare the game invalid, reset all the balls and restart the game;

1. The same player kicks off.

2. The batting order remains unchanged.

Seventeen, doubles competition

1. In doubles, both sides take turns to kick off in each game, and the hitting order decided before each game cannot be changed in this game.

2. Players can change the batting order at the beginning of each game.

3. If a player fouls and is asked to play again, even if he fouls without hitting the ball in turn, he must play again, and the original hitting order remains unchanged, which may cause the partner of the offending player to lose a round of hitting.

3. If there is a draw at the end of the game as mentioned in the third paragraph of Article 4, if it is necessary to play a black ball, the first batter may choose one of them to play the first ball, and then the batting order shall be determined according to the rules of this Council.

4. Partners in the game can discuss with each other, but the following situations are not allowed:

(1) When the batter officially hits the ball.

② From the first stroke to the end of a stroke.

Eighteen, the use of auxiliary equipment

The batter has the right to place and move the equipment he may use on the table.

1. Golfers are responsible for all their equipment. If he gets the pole and extension pole on the table, he will be punished as long as he violates the rules when using the equipment.

3. Equipment can usually be found near the table, provided by the referee or companion. If the equipment is obviously defective and the batter touches billiards, it cannot be judged as a foul. If necessary, the referee can reset the touch ball according to rule 15. If the batter doesn't finish the ball, he will continue without penalty.

Nineteen. explain

1. These rules and terms are unisex.

2. If the player has a disability, you can adjust the rule speed appropriately according to the specific situation. For example:

(1) Item (2) of Article 12 in Section III 1 does not apply to wheelchair players.

(2) If the player can't distinguish the color of the ball (such as red and green), the referee should point out the color of the ball to him.

3. If there is no referee, for example, in social competitions, non-batters can serve as referees according to these rules.

Fourth quarter player

First, pause.

If the referee thinks that the player hits the ball or chooses the ball for too long, he can warn the player that such behavior will lead to losing the game.

Second, misconduct.

The player refuses to continue the game, or intentionally commits continuous fouls, or commits misconduct, including:

If you continue to work overtime after being warned and make vulgar behavior, the player will be sentenced to lose the game, and the player will be warned. If you do this again, you will lose the whole game.

Third, punishment.

1. If a bureau is terminated according to the provisions of this section, then:

① The fouler loses the game, and:

② The score of the fouler is cancelled, and all the scores of the remaining balls on the table are given to his opponent. At this time, each red ball counts 8 points, and any colored ball that leaves the table abnormally is regarded as still scoring on the table.

2. If a player is sentenced to lose a game according to the rules in this section, then:

(1) lost a game described in item 1;

(2) losing several games that have not been played in this game, or:

(3) Lose the points of the remaining games, and each game is calculated as 147 points.

Four non-batters

When the batter hits the ball, the non-batter should avoid standing or walking in his sight, but should sit or stand at an appropriate distance from the table.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) is lacking.

When the non-batting party leaves the game temporarily, it may appoint an agent to monitor the game on the field and point out the foul of the other party if necessary. The appointment of a broker must be notified to the referee before leaving.

Abstaining from intransitive verbs

1. A player will abstain only if he is a batter. For this, his opponent has the right to accept love or refuse. If his opponent chooses to continue the game, the waiver is invalid.

When a player abstained, his score was kept, and all the remaining scores on the table were added to his opponent. In this case, each red ball counts 8 points, and any colored ball that leaves the table abnormally is regarded as still scoring on the table.

Missed ball:

At least 4 points will be penalized for choosing the wrong ball. If the wrong ball is a colored ball with more than 4 points, it will be deducted according to the actual score of the colored ball.

(1) Hit the ball out of the table.

(2) Both feet leave the ground at the same time when hitting the ball.

(3) The white ball jumps over the middle ball and hits the target ball.

(4) The ball on the table is touched by any object other than the hitting end of the club or any part of the body.

(5) In the process of hitting the ball, the club hits the white ball continuously for more than two times.

(6) The cue, the white ball and the target ball contact at the same time. This often happens when the white ball is too close to the target ball. For example, when the distance between two balls is less than 2.5 cm, it is very difficult to make a foul-free shot unless the target ball is lightly touched, as shown in Figure 4. Therefore, when the white ball is close to the target ball, only the batter is allowed to hit the white ball away, but not the target ball. In this special case, as long as the white ball goes to the target ball, it is regarded as hitting the target ball. A good player often takes advantage of this opportunity to play a safe ball or snooker. Because, at this time, you can only play the white ball without playing any other balls, so it is easy to make a safe ball and snooker, as shown in Figure 5.

(7) The earliest snooker, in the game, the standard dress of players is to wear a white shirt and a black vest. But some players will wear vests of other colors to distinguish them from bartenders.

Free ball:

After one party makes a mistake, snooker appears on the table, so that the next party can't hit the red ball directly. The next party can choose any colored ball to play as a red ball, which is called a free ball. If this colored ball is put into the bag, it will be put into the bag as a red ball and get 1 point, and then the colored ball will play as usual. If the red ball on the table has been played, it will appear that the next player cannot directly hit the colored ball to be played. The next player can choose any colored ball to play, which is a free ball. Calculate the score of the free ball according to the lowest score left on the table, and then play the colored balls in the normal order.

Play again:

If one side plays the wrong ball and puts the other side at a disadvantage, the other side has the right to ask the wrong side to continue the game. This rule, like the free kick rule, is designed to prevent either side from making deliberate mistakes and profiting from them. However, before deciding to let the wrong side play, we must ensure that every ball on the table has no chance and take into account the level of the wrong side.

[Edit this paragraph] Unconsciously save the ball:

If the referee thinks that one side should hit the ball after playing the wrong ball, he can punish the unconscious for saving the ball. In this case, the beneficiary can have the following options: (1) restore the ball to the original state before the wrong ball and ask the wrong side to play again; (2) Ask the wrongdoer to continue the game at the current position; (3) Call yourself at the current position; (4) If snooker appears on the table, play the free ball yourself.

Color ball settings:

When the colored ball falls into the bag and is put back on the table, if the original position of the colored ball is occupied by other balls, the colored ball is placed in the vacant position of the colored ball with the highest score at that time. As shown in Figure 6, when the green ball enters the bag, its original position is occupied by other balls. The colored ball points above the table include brown ball points, yellow ball points and pink ball points, so the green ball should be placed on the pink ball point. If all the colored ball points are marked, then the colored ball should be placed on a straight line perpendicular to the bottom of its origin, which is closest to its origin and cannot touch other balls.

Deadlock:

When the referee thinks that the table is deadlocked, the referee will announce to both sides that if the situation does not change obviously within a few rounds, the game will be invalid and must be restarted.
