Sorting, drawing lots and admission of international competitions

When the athletes can't finish the competition in one round (final round), they should play multiple rounds. Generally, the excellent athletes in the same country should be divided into different groups in the preliminary competition, and the performance data of all athletes should be considered as much as possible. When drawing lots in groups, excellent athletes usually enter the finals.

The first round: rank the athletes according to their effective competition results within a predetermined time, and then group the athletes according to the snake distribution method. 57 athletes were divided into 8 groups, 7 in each group.

XXXXXXX three groups? Seven groups XXXXXXX

Four groups of XXXXXXX? Eight groups XXXXXXX

Second round: The top three fastest players in each of the eight groups will automatically enter the next round, and then the eight fastest players will be selected from all the remaining people. After determining each group according to the snake distribution method, draw lots to determine the order of each group.
