According to legend, when Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River in the Qing Dynasty, he visited Biyan Temple in Luoyuan County, Fujian Province, and there were stone carvings of Qianlong poems next to the temple:

Drip clouds in the south of the Yangtze River began to smoke.

Water drops and clouds rise in the mid-levels.

Smoke rises in the mountains.

The water in the middle of the mountain gurgled.
