The building demolition project of Dingdounong plot in Jishan Street, Jishan Sub-district Office, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City has been approved by relevant departments. After approval, it is decided to invite public bidding for this project, and the announcement is as follows:
I. General situation of the project subject to tender
1, project name: house demolition project of Dingdounong plot in Jishan Street;
2. Project content: It includes the demolition, site leveling and site coverage of five enterprises in Dingdounong plot of Jishan Street and residential buildings of Jishan Apartment 18 and 19, with a total construction area of about 46,449.8 square meters.
3. Residual value of the house: the unit price of the net residual value of the demolition project is 13.95 yuan /m2, and the total net residual value is 647,975 yuan. The winning bidder shall pay the house salvage value fee to the tenderer according to the total net salvage value.
4. Time limit: according to the requirements of the tenderer, the building demolition and site leveling in the demolition area shall be completed within two months after the bid-winning notice is issued.
5. Quality requirements: qualified.

Three. Prequalification requirements

2. Enterprises with the bid-winning demolition construction area of more than 50,000 square meters within Yuecheng District shall not participate in this tender before the completion acceptance.
