The basic techniques of volleyball include: preparing posture and moving, passing, padding, serving, spiking, blocking and blocking.
Learning volleyball skills can be carried out according to the following steps:
Ready to pose? Mobile footwork? Master the practice methods of preparing posture and moving technique? What should I pay attention to when learning the preparatory posture and moving technique? Application of capture technology
1. Prepare posture
(1) Low squat preparation posture: the distance between the left and right feet and the front and back is wider than that in the semi-squat preparation posture, the knee is bent to a greater extent, the body center of gravity is lower and more forward, the vertical line of the knee exceeds the toes, and the arms are placed between the chest and abdomen.
(2) Semi-squat preparation posture: the feet are slightly wider than the shoulders, one foot is in front, the toes are miniature, and the knees are bent into a semi-squat. Heel slightly raised, body center of gravity slightly forward, arms relaxed, naturally bent, hands in front of the abdomen. Relax your body properly, keep your eyes on the ball and keep your feet moving.
(3) Micro-squat preparation posture: The body center of gravity of micro-squat preparation posture moves forward slightly compared with that of semi-squat preparation posture, and the bending degree of knees is less than that of semi-squat preparation posture. The action method is basically the same as the semi-squat preparation posture.
2. Mobile footwork
Short-distance movement is the most commonly used way in volleyball match. Commonly used mobile footwork are:
(1) Slide: When the incoming ball is close to the body and the arc is high, slide can be used. Its action method is that when sliding to the right, the right foot first takes a step to the right, and the left foot quickly closes together and falls on the left side of the right foot. A continuous step is a sliding step. When sliding forward, the front foot takes a step forward, the rear foot quickly follows, falls behind the front foot, and so on. Sliding ball is mainly used for passing, padding and blocking.
(2) Step: When the incoming ball is about 2 meters away from the body, you can move by step. The action method is that when moving to the right, the upper body rotates slightly to the right, the left foot takes a step to the right from the front of the right foot, and the right foot takes a step to the right of the left foot quickly, and at the same time, the body rotates in the direction of the ball, so as to make a good preparation posture before hitting the ball. Stride is mainly used to complete defense, passing, blocking and so on.
(3) Stride: When the incoming ball is low and close to the body, the stride can be used. First, take a big step in the direction of movement, bend your knees at the same time, lean forward on your upper body, and shift your weight to your legs. The stride can be forward, lateral or lateral.
(4) Running: When running, both arms should swing together, and turn around while running according to the direction of the ball.
(5) Comprehensive footwork: Combine the above footwork and use it comprehensively. For example, sliding after running. Cross or stride after sliding, etc.

The number of the coat must be 1 ~ 18, and the color of the number must be obviously different from that of the coat. The front number is at least 10 cm high, the back number is at least 15 cm high, and the number stroke width is at least 2 cm.

It is forbidden for players to wear all foreign objects that may cause injury or be beneficial to artificial strength. You can choose to wear glasses, but you are responsible for all the consequences.
Three. Basic rights of participants
1. Captain
Before the game starts, the captain should sign the scoreboard and draw lots on behalf of the team. Lottery winners can choose to be served or accepted, or they can choose the court. The captain is the captain on the court. The ball is dead, and only the captain can talk to the referee.
The captain of the field can ask to explain the rules and their implementation, take a normal game break (pause and substitution), allow to change clothes or equipment, check the positions of players on both sides, and check the floor, net and ball. At the end of the game, he will sign the score sheet to show his approval of the result of the game.
coach
Before the game, the coach should check the names and numbers of the players on the scoreboard and sign them. Before the start of each volleyball match, you should fill in the position table and sign it, and give it to the recorder or the second referee.
In the game, you should sit on the team bench near the recorder's end. Of course, he can analyze the players on the field, but it must be on the team bench or in the prepared activity area, and it must not interfere with or delay the game.
Step 3 replace players
Each team can replace up to 6 players in each game. One player left the playing field and another player took his place. In replacement, you can replace one or more people at the same time.
Substitutes can only play once in each game. If a player is injured and can't continue playing, then he must be replaced legally. If it cannot be legally substituted, special substitution can be adopted.
If a player is punished or disqualified, he must be replaced legally. If there is no legal substitution, the team will be judged as incomplete, and the team with incomplete lineup will retain its scores and matches.
4. The game is interrupted
Normal game breaks are pauses and substitutions. When the game is a dead ball, before the referee blows the whistle to serve, the coach or the captain of the field asks for a rest with corresponding gestures.
One or two pauses can be continuous, with one person on each side, without going through the game. The same team may not make consecutive substitution requests without a match, but two or more players may be replaced in the same substitution request.
A time-out is 30 seconds, but in the world competition, the method of technical time-out is adopted, that is, when the score reaches 5 points 10, it is a technical time-out and the time is 1 minute. In each game, the team still has a 30-second timeout. During the time-out, players must leave the competition area and go to the barrier-free area near the team seat.
Step 5 postpone the game
The behavior of delaying the game is to change people to delay the time; After the referee whistled to resume the game, he delayed the pause; Request illegal replacement, and make irregular request again in the same bureau.
The players on the field delayed the game. Delaying the game is a team foul. If the same game is delayed for the first time, it should be given a delay warning, and if it appears again, it should be given a delay penalty.
6. Bad behavior
Bad behaviors of players towards referees, opposing players, spectators or players can be divided into four categories according to their offensive degree.
(1) unethical behavior refers to that the participants in the competition object to the referee's decision and intimidate the opposing team members.
(2) Rude behavior refers to the behavior of the participants in the competition violating moral principles, adopting uncivilized behavior and insulting the referee, the opposing team members and the audience.
(3) Aggressive behavior is to slander the referee, the opposing team members or the audience with insulting language and posture.
(4) Infringement refers to the act or personal infringement that attempts to infringe the referee, the opposing team member or the audience.
