How to arrange seats

A class of 80 people is difficult to arrange, and a class of more than 40 people is equally difficult to arrange. No matter how you line up, there are always people sitting in the front, behind, on the left and on the right. Everyone can't be satisfied. Although I emphasize that "there are all good seats in the classroom, no matter where you sit, you can study wherever you want and sleep wherever you don't want to sit", after all, different people have different needs, no matter how you line up, there will always be some people who are unhappy after queuing. So I said, "I don't like to row seats", but if I don't change seats for a long time, several classmates will ask me every day, "Teacher, when did I change seats?" I have changed seats for a long time. "

For the first time this semester, seats are arranged in order of height. Boys and girls stand in a row according to their height from low to high, and sit in the designated position in the classroom from front to back, sitting at the same table with the same sex. Boys are surrounded by girls, and girls are surrounded by boys. Try to avoid boys and girls together. When the position is adjusted after a period of time, it is more reasonable to exchange the left and right halves. I used to sit in the middle, but I sat next to it after adjustment. However, some problems have also been found. Individual boys and girls sitting next to each other get too close. If they defect every time, this situation can't be broken. I have to consider switching back and forth. I must take into account that the students in the last few rows are tall and burly, sitting in front will block the blackboard and dare not look up in class. According to the students' suggestions, the first three rows roll back and forth, and the last three rows roll back and forth, that is, the first row to the second row, the second row to the third row, and the third row to the first row. Different from the first time, I don't know whether it is influenced by the inertia of thinking or other reasons. Some students don't think so, and even make a little unhappy. They may not know my real intention.

Because of unhappiness, no one mentioned the seat for a month, but soon someone broke the loneliness. "When to adjust the seat", I am more cautious this time. I first thought of a discussion plan, which is to rotate six study groups in the classroom, without breaking the study groups, and rotate counterclockwise among the study groups. After that, every time I rotate like this, I can ensure that every student sits in every position in the classroom. I asked the monitor to collect feedback from my classmates. The next day, the monitor said that many students disapproved. I subjectively think that the students sitting in the front may disapprove, but in fact, the tall students sitting in the last row (178cm) also say that they are not suitable to sit in the middle row, and the students sitting in the first row may not like to sit in every row all the time. A classmate said that her upturned neck hurts.

I'm not in a hurry to adjust my seat, and I'm going to come up with a second plan for the whole class to choose.

1, rotation method. The study group does not rest, but rotates counterclockwise once a week or two, and the study group can adjust it appropriately.

2, the left and right exchange method. The left and right halves are exchanged every one to two weeks. If you need personal transfer, negotiate on your own and report to the teacher for approval.

3. The first three rows and the last three rows should be switched back and forth respectively, once every one to two weeks. If you need personal transfer, negotiate on your own and report to the teacher for approval.

4, random lottery method, if you need personal transfer, negotiate by yourself and report to the teacher for approval.

The second plan has not been announced yet, and the students have changed their positions according to the second plan, which is acceptable and reasonable to most students. But there are still some problems. People who sit together are always together. Some students in the self-study class talk too much and are not quiet. It is also considered to force individuals to adjust their seats. It is agreed in advance that there are too many words in the self-study class, so they can sit wherever they sit unconditionally.
