Basic process of structured interview

(a) review the results of the lottery.

After the candidates arrive at the scene, they need to listen to the arrangement of the instructor, bring the interview admission ticket, ID card and other materials, and queue up at the designated examination post for inspection. All items that are not allowed to be brought into the examination room will be kept by the staff. After the exam, the instructor will organize the candidates to draw lots. Once the lottery serial number is determined, it will be updated synchronously on the system, and private exchange is not allowed to ensure fairness.

(2) Waiting for an interview.

After the lottery, all candidates need to enter the designated area to wait for the exam, find a place to sit down and wait for the call, don't turn around at will, don't make a noise, don't lie in a chair, and wait patiently and quietly.

(3) start answering questions.

Pay attention to the instructor's address all the time. When it's your turn to answer questions, you need to simply dress up and immediately follow the instructor into the formal examination room. After entering the examination room, first knock on the door and walk to your seat, then greet the examiner with a smile, then sit down and listen to the examiner read out the examination process and requirements, and finally answer according to the requirements of the examination room.

(4) Candidates leave.

Candidates should pay attention to the examiner's requirements before leaving the venue after answering the questions. If the examiner asks, "Do candidates have anything to add?" Candidates are advised to answer truthfully, such as "nothing to add" or "anything to add ..."; When the examiner directly says "Please leave the scene", then the examinee can leave the scene.

(5) Statistical scores.

The examiner will evaluate and score according to the candidates' on-site performance. Generally, after answering questions, candidates can know their interview results on the same day, which may be in the form of transcripts and require signature confirmation. You can also wait until all the candidates have answered the questions on the same day, and then announce your personal scores.
