After investigation, Jiangsu Shanshui Company won the bid for the municipal road, pipe network, garden landscape and greening project of the 5th Guangxi Garden and Horticultural Exposition (Baise) on September 24th, 20 13, and the public bidding period was from September 24th, 20 13 to June 8th, 20 13. On September 30th, when the Bid Evaluation Committee of Taizhou indemnificatory housing (campus plot) (outdoor facilities) asked Jiangsu Shanshui Company about this matter, Jiangsu Shanshui Company explained that the project was in the stage of engineering design and did not have the conditions for commencement for the time being. The tenderee temporarily refused to ask the personnel of the project department to be present, allowed them to be the person in charge of other projects in the near future, and provided the relevant certification materials of the tenderee. During the investigation, the company admitted that it didn't know enough about Taizhou's relevant policies due to negligence and mistakes in the decision-making level of enterprises, didn't read the bidding documents carefully, and participated in the bidding according to local practices in Jiangsu, which violated the relevant provisions of the bidding documents. In view of the fact that Jiangsu Shanshui Company actively cooperated with the investigation and promised to strengthen the internal management of the company in the future to ensure that such things will not happen again. After research, it is decided to give Jiangsu Shanshui Company a lighter punishment, and the handling result is hereby notified as follows:
