(a) the application must bring the registered residence in this city to be at least 3 years old and 18 years old, and the single family with full capacity for civil conduct must be at least 30 years old before applying for affordable housing.
(two) the applicant's average housing area, family income and family net assets meet the prescribed standards, and the specific standards are implemented according to the standards published by the agencies in our city. The application conditions for affordable housing meet the conditions as prescribed in Article 4 of these Measures. Families with housing difficulties such as severely disabled persons (hereinafter referred to as severely disabled persons) and sick persons are involved in the construction of affordable housing for the families to be demolished, key projects involving the families to be demolished, old city renovation and style protection of the families to be demolished, and special care for families with housing difficulties such as renting dangerous houses is given priority:
Family means that the applicant has reached 1 and is 60 years old (including 60 years old);
A severely disabled person refers to a severely disabled person who applies for family members and is recognized by the Disabled Persons' Federation.
Family members of patients refer to the family members who apply for illness or operation: specifically, they refer to the family members who need to show medical institutions' certificates to prove whether they have the above diseases, such as chronic renal failure (uremia), malignant tumor, aplastic anemia, chronic severe hepatitis, valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, intracranial tumor craniotomy, heavy organ transplantation and main vein surgery.
The lessee of dangerous house refers to the dangerous house appraised by a qualified house safety appraisal agency when applying for family rental house.
Family members applying for a family should have a fixed relationship of maintenance, support or maintenance, including:
(1) spouse
(2) parents;
(3) minor children;
(four) disabled or suffering from serious diseases, able to live independently;
(5) Grandchildren whose parents are both dead and are under the guardianship of grandparents are unable or have been unable to live independently;
(six) according to the principle of this article, determine the relevant procedures.
