Can I get a refund of the money I bought?

2. Since it is not a down payment, if the buyer fails to choose the ideal house, the developer will refund the "subscription money" to the buyer in full. However, when subscribing and signing housing contracts, buyers need to be cautious. They should read each clause carefully to see if their interests are protected.
3. The housing contract also needs to be carefully checked to see if there is an agreement on subscription funds. For example, some developers will stipulate in the contract that when buyers decide not to buy a house, the subscription money will not be refunded.
