First, pay attention to the interview.
(1) interview time

The experimental school affiliated to Xiangtan University (No.5 Gaoling Road, yuhu district, Xiangtan City) requires candidates to enter from the east gate of the school.

Candidates enter the venue from 7: 00 to 7:30, and the lottery starts at 7: 30. After entering the test center, candidates should gather at the centralized lottery place, which is in the lecture hall on the third floor of the experimental school library affiliated to Xiangtan University.
Candidates who don't arrive at the test center at 8:00 are not allowed to enter the examination room, and will be given up automatically.
(4) Candidates' epidemic prevention requirements

(5) Precautions
1. Candidates are required to show their Hunan residents' health code, communication big data travel card and negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the interview, and enter the test center to participate in the interview with a written admission ticket and a second-generation resident ID card (or a household registration certificate issued by the public security department in temporary id card within the validity period). Please be familiar with the school location and admission place (east gate of the school) in advance.
2. Candidates are not allowed to wear clothes with professional characteristics. They are not allowed to bring mobile phones, electronic wearable devices and other communication tools into the waiting room and examination room. They are not allowed to wear watches or accessories during the interview.
3. During the interview, candidates must obey the staff management and observe the discipline of the examination room.
4. Candidates must take the exam in a civilized way, do not make noise, do not damage hygiene, and do not smoke or chew betel nuts in the examination room, waiting room, waiting area and bathroom.
5. Candidates who draw lots for interviews in the afternoon will be provided with Chinese food free of charge.
6. Centralized interview test sites are not allowed to drive in, and other irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the test sites. Candidates should choose the mode of transportation, arrange the time reasonably and arrive at the test center 1 hour in advance.

Second, physical examination
(1) Time and place of medical examination
According to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment position plan, the medical examinees are determined in the order of high score to low score. Candidates who are shortlisted for medical examination shall be notified by the recruiting unit. The physical examination is scheduled for August 7 to August 9, and the physical examination will be conducted the day after the interview. Candidates' specific physical examination time and meeting place will be notified by the recruiting unit by phone or SMS, and candidates are requested to keep communication open.
(2) Precautions
1. After receiving the medical examination notice from the recruiting unit, please bring the written examination admission ticket, valid ID card and a bareheaded one-inch photo to the designated place, and the staff will lead you to the hospital for medical examination. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting place within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver.
2. Pay attention to rest before the physical examination, don't stay up late drinking, avoid strenuous exercise, ensure good mental and physical state, fast for 8- 12 hours before the examination, take part in the physical examination on an empty stomach, and don't wear jewelry or dresses.
3. During the physical examination, you must obey the unified command of the staff, do not carry communication tools such as mobile phones, and do not contact the outside world in any way. Parents, relatives and friends of candidates are not allowed to accompany them to the medical examination hospital, nor are they allowed to contact the medical examination personnel. Otherwise, it will be dealt with in violation of discipline.
4. The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Among them, those who apply for the positions of judge assistant, prosecutor assistant and judicial assistant are required to be in good health without color blindness, strabismus and esotropia. Pregnant candidates please inform the medical staff in advance.

Re-inspection on the same day, on-site re-inspection and off-site re-inspection can only be carried out once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-inspection conclusion. The physical examination items in the Special Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) will not be re-examined.
6. Failing to have a medical examination as required shall be deemed as giving up the medical examination. Candidates who do not participate in the medical examination or delay the medical examination for their own reasons will automatically give up; Candidates who refuse to re-examine or conduct special inspections during the physical examination shall be treated as unqualified in the physical examination; Candidates who cheat, impersonate, etc. , or conceal his medical history, which affects the results of physical examination, cancel his medical examination qualification and deal with it according to the facts of violation of discipline. Those who give up the medical examination and fail the medical examination cannot enter the inspection procedure.
