How to break the "phobia" of civil servant interview

When you enter the civil service interview, will you feel "afraid" of the next interview? The following experience teaches you to quickly overcome the "phobia" of civil servant interviews! (involving four points)

Tools/raw materials

civil service examination

First of all, prepare well before the interview.

1

1, a preliminary understanding of civil service interviews

You can search online for interview-related videos to learn about interview procedures, personnel and basic questions.

As far as an interview I have experienced is concerned, the interview was 1V7, 1 7 examiners, one of whom was the chief examiner. Generally only the examiner communicates with you. In fact, candidates have to face the examiner.

Provide questions and answers online. You can learn more about it, so I won't go into details here.

2. Check whether the items are complete.

Before arriving at the test center, be sure to check whether your relevant documents are complete again. The items to be carried in the interview include: personal ID card, student ID card (provided by fresh graduates), graduation certificate (fresh graduates), original admission ticket, proof that the company agrees to apply for the exam (stamped with official seal), registration recommendation form stamped by the school, registration form, etc. On-the-spot payment form for qualification review and qualification certificates of other grades (computer, law, accounting).

Second, four points for attention in the interview process

1, waiting for matters needing attention in the examination stage.

Before the interview, civil servants have to go through a waiting stage. Waiting for the exam is that candidates gather in a room and determine the interview order after drawing lots. No matter which batch you choose, don't care too much, and don't care whether the first few are better or the last few are better.

If you draw the number 8, you will have time to prepare. General interview 15-20 minutes. Everyone will have a warm chat in the waiting room. If you want to be quiet, please don't participate. Candidates are advised to think more about answering questions, not to be too distracted and try to be calm.

2. Matters needing attention when entering the interview examination room

When the tour guide asks you to prepare, remember to tidy up your clothes first (in principle, you can dress appropriately in time for the interview, and it is recommended to wear professional formal clothes). After the guide enters the interview examination room, remember to bow to all examiners first (don't ask me why, be sure to remember)! Then scan all examiners, find the examiner (the one in the middle), and then sit in the designated seat. Remember to keep your eyes on the examiner and listen to him carefully.

3. Matters needing attention in answering questions (how to answer questions)

Examiners usually make a "welcome speech" first (congratulations to XXX for entering the interview, etc. ), and then give a formal answer. Remember to think carefully 1-2 minutes or more (preferably no more than 5 minutes) before giving a formal answer. After thinking, say "XX candidates have finished thinking and are ready to answer". If the answer exceeds the time limit, there will be a staff reminder!

The content of the answer is ever-changing, but as long as we grasp the principle of 16 (the principle of 16 is my unique summary), we can: stick to the main idea, play properly, connect with reality and carry forward the mainstream!

The answer time should be controlled in 2-3 minutes, and the general civil servant interviews 3-5 questions, with a total time of about 20 minutes.

Keep speaking evenly, not too fast. After answering the answer, remember to report: "Question X Answer Completed".

Throughout the process, pay attention to keep happy, don't be distracted, and always keep a peaceful and natural attitude!

4. Export preventive measures (export requirements)

After the examiner asks you to leave, stand up and turn around, pay attention to moving the chair back to its original position (details are very important), then bow again, thank you and "leave calmly".
